All around great programs at the GAFC pool. My favorite is Eileen’s Deep Water Aerobics (M/W/F 1-1:45 PM) – a really good workout and lots of fun besides!

The M/W/F Aquacize at 10am, led by Elaine, has been excellent. Great workout at a perfect pace. I wish another 10am class would be offered during the second session, but I am looking forward to the third.
