At Greenbelt’s Firefly Sanctuary 
Firefly Sanctuary Volunteer Day, 10 am – 1 pm. In recognition of National Public Lands Day, join the City of Greenbelt Department of Public Works for this conservation stewardship event.. Volunteers are needed to remove invasive plant species and install native plants along the forest edge of the Firefly Sanctuary. Volunteers must register in order to participate.
