Where, exactly is this thing proposed to be at? The video shows some area along Kenilworth but I can’ tell exactly where it is.

Thank you for this excellent coverage. Your effort to film the 14 story building by the same company was a helpful wake-up call.

My wife and I are new Greenbelt residents. A major reason we chose Greenbelt is its strong community generated by extensive green space, interlinking homes, and great public facilities. Our concern is that all of Greenbelt would be literally and figuratively shadowed by this multi-story tower, diminishing all of the elements we moved to Greenbelt to enjoy.

What a thoughtful story on the proposed new high rise. I wonder if the City Council is holding their opposition as they feel they might be better off receiving concessions to have the project done in a way that would be better for the city. These could be esthetic or environmental changes that they may be able to weigh in on. I am confident that the City does not hold any decision power on Zoning issues.
