The Navy Band Sea Chanters, along with their soloist Chief Bill Edwards, performed “Baba Yetu” a few years ago and the number of hits on this video continues to climb to well over 460,000. Their performance of “Jersey Boys” has gone well over a million and by the end of this year I wouldn’t be surprised if “Baba Yetu” did the same. The Sea Chanters are an amazing group of singers and are currently on tour (2/18) of the West Coast so if you get a chance stop by and enjoy yourself.
