The Greenbelt Community Center is the prettiest place I’ve ever voted, especially this year.
And voila – it’s a polling place! Here’s the entrance at 9:35 this morning.
The nice judge told me I could take pictures of poll workers, but not show faces of voters. In this case, New Deal regulars will recognize two of their own here, being the good citizens that they are.
The low-tech voting machines may be the easiest I’ve ever used.
Here I’m showing off the “I Voted” sticker with incumbent J Davis and an unidentified poll worker with whom I weirdly share a hairstyle and sunglasses.

I did the early voting thing for the first time. Gets the job done, but I find I miss the “camaraderie” of the regular polling place. It’s a gorgeous day – why not get out and vote?!
